OSHA Recordkeeping Workshop - This workshop will summarize the requirements for injury and illness recordkeeping according to OSHA standard 29CFR1904.

This workshop will give you the opportunity to work with the OSHA 300, 300A and 301 forms and also the information needed for determining your company’s incidence rates.

Class runs 9:00 a.m. – Noon Janruary 27th and will be held at the Safety Council of Northwest Ohio, 8015 Rinker Pointe Court, Northwood, Ohio.
